Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Nutrabiotics Nutritional Life Science Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Program Enrollment

Upon approval of your affiliate application, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link accessible through your dashboard. Affiliates must:

• Complete the affiliate profile accurately.

2. Affiliate Link Activation & Sharing

Once enrolled, your dashboard will provide you with specific links to share with others via email, social networks, or on your website.

• You can click on social media icons like Facebook to share the affiliate link with your audience quickly.
• Your unique link will remain active for 60 days, after which you will need to generate a new link and share it again to continue earning commissions.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 25% commission on sales made through their unique affiliate link. Please note:

• Commissions are only validated once Nutrabiotics receives full payment from the referred customer.
• Commissions are not granted for wholesale orders or self-referrals.
• If a customer cancels or returns their order, the corresponding commission will be deducted.

4. Commission Payments

All verified commissions will be accumulated and paid out once your balance reaches PKR 1,000.

• Payments are processed every 30 days and will be transferred via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer, depending on the payment method in your affiliate profile.
• Commissions can be tracked directly via your dashboard, where you can monitor real-time earnings from your referrals.

5. Account Refresh and Payment Cycle

After each 30-day payment cycle, your account will be refreshed, and any commissions earned will roll over to the next cycle.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you are responsible for:

• Promoting Nutrabiotics products using truthful and legal methods.
• Sharing your affiliate link ethically and following all applicable advertising regulations.
• Ensuring that your link is active and renewed after 60 days to continue driving sales.

Nutrabiotics prohibits the use of spam or false advertising. Any violations may result in account suspension or termination with a single notice.

7. Commission Restrictions

Nutrabiotics reserves the right to deny commissions for sales arising from:

• Wholesale orders.
• Self-referrals where an affiliate makes a purchase using their own link.

These restrictions ensure fair play and ethical promotion practices.

8. Termination of Participation

Nutrabiotics reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if:

• Prohibited activities are detected, such as false advertising or unethical practices.
• The affiliate fails to comply with these terms.

Affiliates will be notified via email or phone, and all future commissions will be forfeited upon termination.

9. Intellectual Property and Link Usage

Affiliates may only use Nutrabiotics intellectual property (logos, images, etc.) as provided. Nutrabiotics retains full ownership of all brand assets, and affiliates are prohibited from altering or misusing these materials.

10. Liability Limitations

Nutrabiotics is not responsible for:

• Losses due to technical issues or website downtime.
• Delayed payments caused by incorrect payment details.
• Customer dissatisfaction or order cancellations.

Affiliates agree to indemnify Nutrabiotics from any legal claims arising from their promotion activities.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of  Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, and disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

Nutrabiotics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program signifies acceptance of the new terms.
